At Egao we aim to provide you with products to make you smile, on the off chance that a recent
the purchase has not been able to satisfy you there is no need to worry, our friendly team are here
to help bring back that smile!
In-Store
Kindly bring the product(s) that you want to exchange/return along with its purchase
receipt back to our store within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions regarding these
steps feel free to contact our helpful customer support team …..
Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist in an exchange/refund if no proof of purchase is
brought to the store along with the products.
Items would have to be in a returnable state for us to accept. Please refer to the conditions of
what is acceptable.
Online
All products pass a quality inspection before sending them out and we try our utmost best to
ensure they deliver to you safely. If you receive an order that doesn’t meet this standard worry
not we are happy to assist.
For exchanging/returning a product that was purchased online please provide
Please contact our team hello@egaobeauty.co.nz if you have received a damaged/faulty product. Please also
include the following;
-an image revealing the damage
-your details, fullname
-proof of purchase
If you’d like to return an online item(s) from our store that wasn’t damaged but that you
were unhappy with please also contact our team ….. Items must meet our returnable state
condition to be acceptable for a return refund.

Returnable State
For a purchase that you wish to return or exchange, it must meet our conditions of a returnable
state. The requirements are as follows.
-product must be unopened.
-product must be in a resellable state and not further damaged,
-we unfortunately can’t refund health/care products,
-unfortunately, we can’t offer a product refund if you have had an allergic reaction. To prevent
this make sure to sample our testers or enquire questions to our friendly and knowledgeable
staff before a purchase if you are unsure.
To be accepted for a refund/exchange items must be;
-brought back within 30 days,
-must have a proof of purchase accompanied with it,
-unopened/ new
